You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others and complies with all applicable laws.

All software, systems, and content provided by Snapbyte (excluding user content) are the property of Snapbyte or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Service Availability and Modifications

Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Snapbyte in the six months preceding the claim.
